These terms of service ("Terms") govern the use of dragoncars.eistland.com and any services offered through the site by Dragon Drive Baltic OÜ ("Dragon Cars").
By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Information on the site
Vehicle, price, equipment and availability information is informative and may change over time. Final pricing and equipment composition is agreed with a Dragon Cars representative before signing a contract.
Prices include 24% VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include the state registration fee or other vehicle-specific charges.
3. Inquiries and bookings
- Test drive: booking is free and non-binding. Dragon Cars may propose an alternative time if the requested slot is unavailable.
- Sell-your-car offer: the offer made from data submitted online is indicative; the final price is confirmed after vehicle inspection at our dealership.
- New-car price inquiry: we respond within 1–3 business days. Purchase offers are valid until the date stated on the offer.
4. Contract conclusion
Vehicle sale-and-purchase contracts are signed in writing at a Dragon Cars dealership. Configurations submitted via the website are not binding until both parties have signed.
5. Images and descriptions
Photos, drawings and descriptions on the website are for illustration only. The actual vehicle may differ in small details (e.g. wheel design, interior tones). Final specifications are confirmed at the dealership.
6. Intellectual property
Site content — text, photos, logos, design — belongs to Dragon Drive Baltic OÜ or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Use beyond personal viewing requires prior written permission.
7. Liability disclaimer
Dragon Cars makes reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and current. We are not liable for:
- Typographical or technical errors on the site
- Temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues
- Direct or indirect damages arising from website use

9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes arising from interpretation or application of these Terms are settled by negotiation; failing agreement, by Harju County Court.
